WHY
Recruiters excel when they are able to spend their time working with candidates and hiring managers, not trying to fine-tune job descriptions. This feature empowers recruiters to efficiently create well-tuned job requisitions that attract better candidates.
THE OUTCOME
A testable POC prototype

USER FLOW - In this step, I laid out the user flow from app sign-in to job listing publication. This flow follows the existing job calibration process but with areas of enhancement identified and features suggested.

SKETCHES - We all sketched concepts for this feature, leveraging different styles of AI implementation and layouts.

WIREFRAMES - In the wireframing stage, I built out a complete flow to clearly illustrate the experience of a more guided, supported job calibration task flow.

PROTOTYPE - I worked with our visual designers to create a functioning prototype of the feature.
